Sri Pinnamaneni, M.D.

Dr. Pinnamaneni is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who has dedicated his career to understanding and treating all shoulder and elbow conditions. He completed his training at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where he helped treat and provided care for professional athletes. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency in Syracuse, NY and completed his undergraduate and medical training at the University of Missouri at Kansas City

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, two children Rian and Simmi, and two pups Indie and Lilo. Additionally, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, watching sports, and entrepreneurship.

Jon Schwermer, PA-C

Jon has over 6 years of experience working in orthopedics. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biology at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. He then completed his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.

Jon enjoys collaborating in the care of patients with Dr. Pinnamaneni. Throughout each appointment with patients, his goal is to always provide them with the education they need so that they can fully participate in the decision making process regarding their care. The return of patients to both a functional lifestyle and the activities they enjoy are always at the forefront of his mind.

Outside of work, he enjoys to exercise and spend time with his wife and kids.

Kelsey Duffy, PA-C

Kelsey, a dedicated physician assistant, graduated from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. After moving to St, Louis she joined the Pinn team in 2022, bringing with her a commitment to patient empowerment. Kelsey prioritizes educating individuals on their disease processes and treatment options. Beyond her medical pursuits, she finds joy in yoga and culinary adventures. Additionally, Kelsey can frequently be found camping or hiking Missouri trails on the weekends with her husband.

Elise Schmittling

Clinic Coodinator / Team Leader

Elise has 20+ years’ experience in orthopedics and sports medicine in St. Louis. She has worked in all areas of orthopedic practices including clinical patient care, patient education, surgery scheduling, medical clearances, surgical assist, diagnostic test scheduling, durable medical equipment, casting and splinting, workers’ compensation coordination, specialty medication acquisition. Elise has worked with patients from all walks of like, such as trade workers, office staff, executives, retirees, athletes (high school, collegiate and professional) and provides the same level of care.

Elise is most passionate about helping patients get back to their regular routines as quickly as possible. She develops strong patient relationships to ensure each patient’s care plan is holistic, accurate and appropriate.

Elise and her husband, Ron, are very active. Elise has completed a full Ironman and enjoys doing triathlons with her husband. You can often find them riding around St. Louis on their bikes, at the golf course, in the gym, spending time with their daughter and stepsons, or just hanging with their dog, Eddie. Elise and Ron also enjoy traveling. They support many cancer causes including the annual Pedal the Cause event in the St. Louis area.”

Jen enjoys living the empty nester life with her husband Chris. They love to play pickle ball, travel and hang out on their patio. She has worked in Orthopedics since 1990. She loves collaborating with the Pinn Team to make a positive impact on their patients’ lives.

Brandi has over 20 years of orthopedic billing, coding, and managerial experience. She enjoys playing board games and spending time with her family.
